Am I Allowed to make a Bio?

Obvi- Im an00b to this but i've seen people making Bio's and i would like to make one but do i have to Join a Social Group or am i allowed to make one for any random reason

-i looked through the FAQS and couldn't find anything on this topic

PS: I'D like to join a Naruto RPG but also new to the whole thing -Thanks to those who help

Yes, you have more than 50 posts
No, you don't have to join a social group

Look at these before you create one though

You must be registered for see links

You must be registered for see links

Once you made it and posted wait a day or so(Sometimes longer) and check back.
If it's approved it will say so on your bio in italics and in blue letters

Your allowed to make a bio at the post of 50. But some bios you have to have permission for and an uchiha bio you have to have the post count to 1500. ^^ No joining a group or anything lol
