Putting the seat down

I have always wondered why it is always such a big deal for women to have men put the seat down on the toilet when they are done using it. I think it should be changed! Women should need to put the seat up when they are done so men don't need lift the seat every time they pee.

Maybe it should always go to the *** that has more people. Like my house is 3 guys 1 girl. Me, my step dad, my little brother, my mom. Sot it should be seat up.

If it was 3 girls 1 guy, then the seat should go down.

Or, it should be made customary for all bathrooms to include a urinal. I often wanted to get a urinal installed in my room, but it proved too costly.

i have no problem doing this but even i have wondered about this situation. why can't they just put it down themselves. it's not like we're constantly asking them to leave the seat up...

I always hear the excuse "what if I go to pee and fall into the toilet?" THEN PAY ATTENTION!!! I always check for seat up or down before I pee so I don't risk making a mess, you would think if you're facing risk of falling into a toilet, you would at least look down first. I would never set my naked butt down onto something without looking where I'm sitting first.

that's just common sense! you are placing such a delicate area into a bowl with water filled with some type of chemicals (as far as i know) and you aren't going to pay enough attention to notice that it's not put down.

I would spray febreeze in it! And flush it regularly, and put some tiles underneath it so its not carpet soaking up the spray. And put a target in the bottom its been proving that having a target to pee at makes you more accurate. My bathroom is kept clean and doesn't smell like pee. Hell I think my bathroom smells better than my room lol. It would only stink if not kept clean, and it would only be me using it so its not like its a Wal-Mart urinal getting peed in 50000 times a day.

Hhaa most of us pee in the morning, and we are not awake..The first thing on our mind isn't oh I wonder If the toilet seat is down..we just sit and BAM. It's like a damn troll situation, you fall right in. I go in every night and put It down..but some how he manages to keep It up. -.-

I wake up every morning, and I'm half asleep for like 20 minutes, and I have never once let fly without checking to see if the seat was down or up to make sure I didn't pee all over it.
