Level 2 Rinnegan Idea

So i was thinking. What if the Rinnegan had more forms than its original? Kind of like the Sharingan it starts at level one and goes up to its EMS. and i was inspired by the idea of Madara's Tsuki No Me plan and how the ten tails in his story has tomoes around the rings of its rinnegan. so i went on ahead and made this. Hope you like it

Well. If you really think about it the Rinnegan really isn't that strong. In general it gives you the ability to learn and master all jutsu. The only reason it came around so strong, was because of the 6 paths of pain. Because each of them had an eye. What if only 1 person had an eye. Sure he can master all jutsu but wouldn't it be amazing if he had some kind of special Ocular jutsu. Such as Amaterasu, Susano'o, Tsukuyomii? It really isn't that strong if you think about it.

Technically, the wielder of the Rinnegan already can. Anybody who awakens the Rinnegan has all Six Elements, and somebody like Nagato did so, at a young age no less, who wasn't a genius. Rather, the wielder of the Rinnegan can read techniques like the Sharingan does as well, making it even more of a potent Dojutsu. So really, there are no enhancements to be made to it...Unless Naruto becomes the Juubi Jinchuuriki and steals Sasugay Uchemo's eyes when he unlocks the Rinnegan.

Looks decent. Nice job on it though. I dislike the idea for a rinnegan with version 2 tho, but that's just my personal opinion.
