isn't tobi's main goal The Moon's eye plan but he still wants sasuke and naruto to fight even though he knows that it could ruin his plan if naruto dies

He has the statue if naruto dies he can seal kurama right away he actually comments on that durring the last chapter he was in before focus shifted back to madara and the kage

I saw a YouTube video on a theory about who Tobi is that I am starting to agree with... I'll try to summarize it.
While, we all know two things are fact; 1. Naruto doesn't want to kill Sasuke. 2. Tobi's main goal is to become complete. Tsuki no Mi is his overall goal.
The video suggested that Tobi is Sasuke, or at least, a piece of Sasuke. How does that work? Well... In Naruto, when you have a problem you can't kill/ defeat you seal the b*tch. So, Naruto and Sasuke fight, Naruto manages to get the upper hand, can't bring himself to kill him and uses some kind of seal that takes all of the evil and hatred of Sasuke's and seals it in the past. This manifests into an old, aged Sasuke... a "Shell" of Sasuke.
This would explain why Tobi is holding Sasuke's hand down this path of hate and darkness... he needs him to become complete again.

Sounds about right.
Could be doing the opposite? To tire out Sasuke so that he can take control of him and link up to Gedo or whatever
