It doesn't even matter because Kabuto doesn't even know that Sasuke has the MS and beyond that the EMS. So he will be in for a rude awakening thinking that capturing Sasuke will be a easy task.

The mischief Sasuke was up to at the Kage summit, him killing Danzo and his battle with B is pretty widely known. Kabuto has made Yamato spill out the beans with his truth serum. Plus, he's a slithering, information gathering, snivelling snake. I'm pretty sure he's well aware that Sasuke has awakeed his MS.

To be honest, I'm not sure at the moment.
In each and every script I've came across it's written as 百豪 (Hyakugou) but as Chakra has pointed out, in Narutowikia it's written as 白毫 (I guess it's supposed to be read as byakugou?).

Hell, now that I take a closer look at it I'm starting to doubt that the kanji 毫 (the one in byakugou) is even used in Japanese. :shrug:

I've checked other sites and blogs that post the script, and all of them have written it as 百豪 (Hyakugou).

I just wanted to add that I checked the Japanese forums discussing the matter and everyone refers to it as 百豪 (Hyakugou). But the thing is, they too only get to read it from the leaked script. Shonen Jump isn't released until saturday to monday in some places. So they might be making the same mistake I am.

I'm still at a loss. :|

Well, 百 means one hundred and 豪 can mean small fine feathers or strenght/power. If this is the correct name of the jutsu, I think it's just something that he came up with. :shrug:
