Itachi tried his crows again on sasuke, even though Sasuke had broken it the last time they had met, why did Itachi try the same thing?

Read the chapter. What are you confused about. He is on his way to Kabuto, Sasuke meets up with him, he uses a summoning not genjutsu to use the crows to deter Sasuke, then arrives at Kabuto's. Questions?

Itachi never simply does things. There is usually something beneath what we see and that is why Sasuke only appeared as a shadow at the end of the last chapter. We don't yet know what Itachi did.

I think itachi know kabuto want sasuke.I guess he make a decoy to make a ransome with the clone sasuke for endotensi to stop.When the real sasuke arrive then kabuto will be fool.

*big sigh* the guy was asking for an explanation then repped him for his sarcastic answer. This is an unnecessary time for sarcasm imo. Just answer the damn question. Plus I answered it right before him but oh well. It's like "I need an explanation for how Naruto gets Kurama's chakra." And someone replied he sent him a friend request.
