In terms of swordsmanship Id say
Bee
Suigetsu
and probably Chojuro.

I love zabuza, but he didnt really use his sowrd, it was more a tool to kill his strength was in his hidden mist technique.

No Kisame...no

Asuma is better than Kisame at swordplay imo. Kisame was good but I didn't see him do anything amazing. Asuma combined his dual wield blades with his own chakra. He had epic speed & chakra control.

Kisame has epic observation & strength. He's good but not that good. I do think Kisame>Asume but not at swordplay.
