Let me explain here how this works.
Using the fan and the handseals are two different ways of doing this.
If you use the fan, you flap it and create TWO tornados at the same time with the fan. The first gets the opponent and traps him in it and then the second one comes in to damage the opponent.
Same thing if you just use the handseals. You perform the seven handseals and you create two tornados. The first gets to the opponent first and the second one comes in combines with the first and gives damage to the opponent.

Hello piccolosan,

Just an update, I no longer know Rasengan.
bumbed about it......


First I steal the fan from piccolosan. Then I concentrate on my futon chakra and gather it towards my hand. Once done so I infuse my futon chakra to the fan and starts flapping it up and down and mold it at the sametime thus creating a tornado. Once the tornado is created I direct it at the clone to trap him first. I unleash it and make the tornado carry the clone up and down and knocks him to the ground. The clone disappears as he is just a clone.



When and How will I use this jutsu?
-I would probably never use this jutsu since I do not plan on making a bio that has a fan. Though the situation arrises where I can steal a fan during battle I suppose I could use it to knock the opponent out. But I think it would have to be some kind of counter move as it wouldn't be a practical frontal assult.

How would I defend against it?
-A rank fire jutsu could be used or a doton jutsu where I could go underground. If I had any other training in other things like nin/tai I suppose I could do something like make clones and counter it with one while deflecting with the other.

Was being trained then I was told he was not allowed to train me anymore in it. Right now, some senpai's were able to teach gen/tai so i though was able to teach nin. Especially since he's been rping for 4 years and got permission but that wasn't the case. I'm trying to stay calm about it but the thought of not getting someone to train me is keep creeping in.

I concentrate on my fuuton chakra once again, however this time I gather a good bit in my mouth. Once I have enough gathered I quickly perform hand seals in order Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram. Once the last hand seal is done, I release it out of my mouth forcefully and molding into a 2meter long wind blade. Thus creating a blade like wind gust that rushes towards the clone in a wide range. Once it hits the clone it quickly pushes the clone back and cuts him deeply and then he disappears.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Seems like a good combination attack with a fire jutsu as it's a gust of wind that pushes towards the opponent. More or less I would use it with a fire jutsu like intense pain as the area it covers would be in a big diameter as this wind jutsu is the same. Thus both of them combined creating a inferno that pushes foward for a kill shot.


How would I defend against it?
-This jutsu alone I would counter it by using a fire jutsu that can push the wind jutsu back or cancel it all together. Against a combination jutsu, with what I know I would probably use my summon to get out of the way. Don't know any earth jutsu's but I keep bring up the hiding like a mole technique, but since I don't know too much thats all I can say on how to defend it. Maybe another wind jutsu at a equal rank or higher, but it covers a wide range so I don't think it would be too practical. Maybe with my sharingan I can spot it and launch a quick raiton attack before the the seals are done. Thats all I can think of.

I gather my fuuton chakra from within and into my mouth. As the chakra is gathered I think about the wind's characteristics once again. Once enough has been gathered I quickly perform 1 hand seal bird and release the chakra out of my mouth forcefully and mold it at the sametime thus creating a high velocity wind. As the wind is being release it and the force that it comes out at it also attracts the dust particles thats on the ground and picks it up and travel along with the wind towards the clone. As the clone is being blinded by the dust it also gets hit with the wind thus knocking the clone backwards and cutting him before disappearing again


When and How will I use this jutsu?
- I would definatly use this to blind my opponent and at the sametime to knock him backwards. Looks like it's best to use it from short/mid for the distraction as the opponent wouldn't have a lot of time to react. specially using one hand seal. For Long range primarily I'd use it to distract and launch a different attack while the opponent is busy defending and trying to gain footing.


How would I defend against it?
- An jutsu from doton as a wall seems best, as the fire would probably work as well, but the wall seems best since the dust won't blind you. the wall would also blind you but the opponent as well. That way the status quo is equal and not at a disadavantage. The wall also should be enough to block the wind jutsu and get ready for a different attack right away.

I as get the instructions from piccolosan, I concentrate a great deal of fuuton chakra within me at my stomach. Once I have a lot of fuuton chakra gathered I quickly push it towards my lungs and then mold it into a spiraling wind. Then I perform the neccessary hand seals and forcefully blow it out of my mouth and make sure that the wind is in a spiraling fashing. Then the spiraling sphere travels at great speed towards the clone. Covering great distance at an instant. Once it reaches it has devastating effects as the clone is now disappeared.



When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Since it covers long range and travels fast, I would use it when I have some distance between me and my opponent. Probably doing so to keep my opponent distracted so I could deal a more damagng blow from a closer distance.


How would I defend against it?
-Use a fire jutsu that covers a wide range so that it stops the wind jutsu and try to counter my opponent as he would be blinded or lose visability of me. All basically depends on the situation that I might be him. Though I think if used against me in short range I'd have to react quickly before it hits me

As I stand before the class and about to make my presentation on ethics. Wait…. Wrong subject!........ I focus on my fuuton chakra and gather a huge amount in my stomach as I am thinking about the characteristics of wind. Soon as I am finished I push the chakra into my lungs and mold it into several blades of wind. Then I quickly make a single hand seal and take a deep breath. Then I forcefully exhale several blades of wind as I move my head from left to right and then right to left a few times. As the blades of wind travel at great speed towards the clone, The clone takes a direct hit causing him to cut in half. Then the clone disappears as he is just a clone.

When and How will I use this jutsu?
-As it seems to cover a wide range in width, it looks like it would be a good attaack when countering that is coming head on. As this would void the middle possible but the attack still basically goes around the initial attack by the opponent. Would be hard to counter this in mid or short range.

How would I defend against it?
-Get out of range into long if i'm in mid range by using hurricane fist. Or go underground using the hide like mole tech. Also if using fire to defend i would have to use something like intense pain to cover the width of this attack

I once again focus on my fuuton chakra and gather a huge amount in my stomach. I quickly push it towards my lungs once that I have gathered enough for this next jutsu. Then I quickly mold it to a explosive bullet of wind. Soon as I am done as this only takes a few seconds, I make two hand seals. Tiger and dog then release it from my mouth forcefully towards the clone. As the large explosive bullet of wind is traveling towards the clone at great speed and at the clone, it explodes and cutting and knocking the clone backwards. As the clone hits the ground he disappears as again. Just a clone.



When and How will I use this jutsu?
-Initially it doesn't seem like a wide range that covers like the last jutsu however the explosion itself seems like it ends up being one. If I can manage to trap the opponent into one place, it would be great as it would injure them badly. I would also use it to make the opponent move either backwards or to the side to match my battle strategy at the time


How would I defend against it?
-Again short to mid range jutsu so moving backwards or side to side to get into long range via hurricane fist. Or another large fire jutsu to cover it before the explosion and then use the limited visability of the opponent to plana counter attack

Pulls out my stolen fan from earlier training sessions. Waves it around for a good practice swings. Cool I got the hang of it! Now I concentrate on my fuuton chakra and this time I gather it around my hand. The hand that I am holding the fan with. Then once the chakra is gathered I infuse it with the fan and swing it forwards towards the clone. As doing so the chakra gets released from the fan and creates a spinning disk of wind that sorta looks like a demon wind shuriken. As the spinning disk of wind is traveling at great speed it cuts the clone but as he is a clone of a senpai he does not disappear right away.

Puts down the fan and use this jutsu like a man! I concentrate on my fuuton chakra once again and this time I gather it into my stomach. Once the appropreiate levels of chakra has been reached I quickly push it towards my lungs and then mold it into a spinning disk of wind. As that is been complete I quickly make 2 hand seals and blow it out of my mouth forcefully and making sure that it spins as it’s leaving from my mouth towards the clone. This time once the it hits the clone it cuts the clone in half and then disappears.




When and How will I use this jutsu?
- A quick jutsu that I could use when in a pinch as the spinning wind seems like a fast traveling wind that covers distance in a short amount of time. I would make sure I would this them with this to launch a counter attack as this alone would probably not be enough to kill off and opponent.



How would I defend against it?
-As I see this coming I could repell this jutsu with Wind Style: Wind Return
as it would seem easy for me to do so. Also a C ranking fire that would cancel the wind out all together. Or could get out of range by moving into long range but this doesn't seem to practical at this point.

As I see piccolosan moving I quickly pick up the fan once again and then run towards him. Naturally as I am not fast as piccolosan I quickly focus on my fuuton chakra within myself and gathered around my body. Then I bring the fan out and open it, then I hop on the fan and release my fuuton chakra and infuse it with the fan. The fan releases my fuuton chakra like a gust of wind from the bottom and making it able to travel at greater speed than running. As I’m doing this I have already caught up with piccolosan and taps him on the shoulders and look at him with my sharingan activated!.....Then I say whats up yo!




When and How will I use this jutsu?
-I would probably never use this as I would not be carrying a fan around nor do I plan on using a fan. However If I had stolen a fan as say I was battling someone with it and they lost it and I recovered it, I would use it to move faster than running. Especially if i am chasing them. But could use it to dodge certain moves.


How would I defend against it?
-Attacking the fan itself or the current that it's making underneath with a fire jutsu or a stronger wind jutsu. Attacking the opponent head on seems to be useful as well. I would never try to out run this in battle however. As attacking would be a better defensive strategy to knock them off the fan
