Shouldn't Sasuke's mom awaken the three tomoe sharingan or the mangekyou sharingan because kushina uzumaki was her best friend and she died. Either she's not her best friend or she doesn't care kushina died.

I think you need to be the one to kill your best friend for MS or at least be there for regular and i dont think they were best friends because in the chapter Kushina did not even know sasuke's name after he had been born for like 5 months
