It actually depends how far in part 1 if it is at that moment of the tournament then neji would win by an inch but if it was by the end of part 1 then Sasuke will win without breaking a sweat

Sasuke definately. Sharingan can definately counter the trigram palms. And if not Sasuke could transform and block all the palms with his wings,wait untill he's done,thrust his wing forward to send him flying,fly after him with chidori and kill him while he's still stunned.

Not really, the curse mark only makes him more evil and puts him more and more in oro's controll, but since the battle was short he does not have to worry about that.

but if you mean sasuke when he fought naruto

dont forget the CS and the 3T Sharingan which he activated during the fight with naruto
