- :hypertobi: took the whole Uchiha clan and hid them in his pocket dimension, took at their eyes and left them where they remain prisoners (or dead) to this day?:

- Danzo used Shisui's eye to use Kotoamatsukami on Itachi and make him believe he killed the Uchiha clan? Also made him show Sasuke a genjutsu of what happened. Maybe Danzo didn't trust that Itachi, part of Anbu, was totally commited to Konoha's cause. So he needed a reason for him to be outcast because he was so powerful and dangerous to his Danzo's plans.
- All the bodies found by Konoha's authorities were actually just Zetsu copies?:

The fact is, if the entire Uchiha Clan was alive, Sasuke would instantly be on good side again. Afterall all he wants is to restore his Parents and Clan back.

OK. ANOTHER THEORY TIME!

What if Danzo had used his last Koto Amatsukami on Tobi, making him thinking Danzo is dead, while in reality he's well and alive? Danzo would turn out to be the main villain revived yet again! Oh how awesome would all of this be. Koto Amatsukami knows no limits to the mankind.
