No contest... The difference between A & Oonoki and Minato is how they utilize their speed. The combination of A & Oonoki has to "run" from point A to point B while Minato teleports between these two points in less than a blink of eye.

FTG is instantaneous..... its a space/time ninjutsu.... as a matter of fact... I think minato's base speed is faster than A and Ooonoki's combined speed.. probably equal

You mad? Minatos speed on foot cant be comprared with A with activated Raiton armor (Minato was forced to use FTG to dodge his punch), let alone upgradet with Onookis technique.
