allot of people don't give this hokage the credit that he deserves and the genius behind the impure world resurrection allot of people dont seem to understand that he made a jutsu which brings back the dead of anybody he has their dna and people (troll tobirama haters) will say oh he didn't completed it well the 4 kages that where summon all knew the jutsu and stared looking for tobirama the kabuto told them other wise so it means he used it a few times for all the kages to know

2. minato didn't push the rasnegan to its max naruto did but this point is that creating a jutsu is the hard part anyone fool can improve a jutsu "cough oro "cough kabuto "

3. he may of had the 1st ever space time jutsu

4. he still claim be to the greatest water style user in the leaf history and the ninja world

5. and knowing his a senju and 2nd hokage he must of master tai jutsu and genjutsu aswell

all am saying tobirama is only second to his brother.(no pun

He was the creator of Ninjutsu and jutsus of his era. Nothing prevents others to develop their own jutsu. After, there are immortality jutsu and yet he died
