its not that he makes them weak its just that he doesnt pay that much attention to then thats all which i wish he did a bit more

Ino is actually a decent asset to team Asuma. She is considerably valuable to her team. Sakura is another story.

kishi doesnt make them weak. he makes them realistic. sakura isnt some prodigy nor does she have magic eyeballs. so it makes no sense for her to be stronger than shizune or tsunade.
