What if: who would they join?

So you may have thought in the past what if "ninja" didn't die and lived to fight again how strong would they be.

But what I want to know is, what side would they have joined?
Someone like zabuza? Would he have joined the akatsuki or Tobi? Or stayed rouge?
Someone like kimmimaru however was dying from
Sickness anyway.

Starting with zabuza, it's an interesting point because he learned in the end that he had good in him when naruto talked to him about haku dying. What would hve happened I wonder

I think zabuza would join konoha cause he wasnt so coldblooded beast afterall, I think he would be friend with team 7

I don't think konoha would accept zabuza though. He might be able to return to the kirigakura because tried to assassinate the third Mizulkage not the 5th. So they could have

zabuza couldnt join ninja village cus he is wanted in every nation , so hed join akatsuki or kabuto's side , kimimaro on the other hand is unknown to many villages and may be able to fit in within konoha , it is unlikely so i think that he would join akatsuki or stay a rogue

Why would everybody join a side?
But even if it would be needed (to join a side), konoha OR at least Naruto would want to cooperate with ones who are aganist or attacked by Akatsuki because they dont wish to join, especially if such "welknown" persons (the revieved ones ---> maybe I misspelled it, sorry) are involved who he even liked

He even wanted their huges adversaries to join

Ohk so on to a new person; orochimaru.

I know kabuto joined tobi, but I can't see orochimaru joining him. I also don't see him joining in the war. Maybe perhaps to collect corpses to experiment on but that's it.
