Both characters have all known abilities and summons available to them. Tobi does have the Rinnegan (He doesn't have edo Jinchirikis however). He hasn't mastered all of it's abilities also. Nagato is healthy and has all 6 paths in one body.

easily nagato since he can suck the soul out of tobi but tobi has mobility on him which could be a factor xd

Tobi. Who says he doesn't have mastery with the Rinnegan? He states that the eyes were his in the first place, he can easily control Gedo Maza, and his chakra rods were said to be STRONGER than Nagato's.


And remember, Kabuto states that Nagato "lacks mobility." That just makes it that much easier for Tobi to dispatch him.





I'm surprised Nagato is even winning this.
