Kakashi has been fighting at the same intensity Gai has this entire war and is still going. Stamina is no longer an issue for Kakashi, no clue why anyone brings it up anymore.

No one here has a counter for Gates. Though, I wonder, if Gai in Gates got tricked by a raiton kage bunshin, would it stop him or would he roll right through it? If it stopped him Kakashi could take him out. If not, then Gai has it.
