Lol transport he doesn't even have teleporting abilities Kamui is NOT a teleport jutsu like FTG it just sends things to another dimension. You are getting confused with tobi's jutsu and yes you are correct he is a very well rounded ninja but even in edo form he wouldn't come close to being the ultimate ninja.
