Is it possible Jariya was brought back

Ive been reading and paying very close attention to this justu of kabutos and it is supposed to bring everyone back who had died and jariya has not been WTH . Since Jariya was killed by Pain then shouldnt he hav been brought back by Kabutos justu....

Yeah true enough, but Kabuto stated he had no DNA from Jiraiya, according to him that's why he didn't bring Jiraiya, yet he could be lying, Jiraiya bleed out all over the place when Pain torn off his arm.

He can't bring him back, to my understanding kabuto needs sufficient dna from someone to be able to bring them back. The reason he can't get to jaraiya's is because he is too deep in the ocean for anyone to get to his body. Also another thing that prevents them from being revived is if the soul itself is sealed like minato, 3td hodge

Kabuto stated that he could not revive Jiraiya because his body was lost in the sea to deep to retrieve his dna. But he also mentioned that his dna could be on Pains weapons at this stage he ain't comming back but there is still a slight possibility that he could.

but hell be kinda pointless with one arm

he actually siad it might be possible becuase of the blood stains on peins rods, stated something similair with a different character but cant remember which

onlt those souls killed in a time frame are affected, but i see where you were going there but by your logic yahiko would have been brought back too since nagato killed yahiko
