Suiton is one of the five basic chakra natures that alowas the user to manipulate excisting water or make their ownd water by turning chakra into water,it is harder to make one's own water than to manipulate excisting.It can change shape and state.The water afiiniti is comon among the kirigakure shinobi.It has defensive and ofensive techniques.Water is strong against fire because it naturally extinguishes the flames altough if a fire technique is much more powerfull than the water one the water will evaporate and it's weak agains earth.It's good in a combination with lightning because it increases the flow of electricity thus increasing damage taken by the target,also it can be used with with wind so the wind increses water techniques destructive power.
