im pretty sure that they are both madara. like somehow, before madara fought the 1st, he split himself into 2 and gave a part of his chakra to his clone. that or its one of zetsus clones to look like tobi with a mask and before madara died, he manipulated zetsus clone to carry out madaras plan if he died. but thats just my opinion. its probably wrong though haha

i believe so too not only do that have the same attitude towards senju but they also fight the same i mean there stragety and they complement there opponent the same. like when madara brought the metoerite down he brought the first one then oonki stopped it then he said good job what about the second the one.

tobi only likes to have fun becasue he is weak. he is a shell of his former self he it takes alot of risk for him to attack period thats he is always using space time techniques we seen what one attack can do to his body (fourth hokage). they are the same it will be proven soon

I think it's an Uchiha thing. They all think they're the shit and have a love/hate relationship with their rivals.

I like the Izuna theory, or possibly the Shisui theory, but I don't think that Tobi is Madara alone. Maybe he is a weird experimental cross between Madara and The 1st but at this point there is no way it is just Madara in a mask.
