technically any uchiha can copy jutsu like he can...just none do cause they have their sharingan techs

sharingan sees through the technique's nature. it shows it's user how a technique is done. if the user is experienced in that field he learns the technique and is able to use the technique as well.
sharingan doesn't copy a technique out of the blue. if used correctly some of it's powers result in copying the technique.
for kakashi, he has talent/experience in suiton, doton, fuuinjutsu, genjutsu and raiton (katon might be.) so when someone uses a technique among one of these kakashi learns how it's done. if he has the skills enough to use it he can do the technique.
however a quick example ,even if kakashi's chakra nature were wind he could never use rasen shuriken.
it's an impoosible technique and it can only be done through clones or someone with 4 hands.
he needs to have knowledge and the skills so that he can copy it.
that's why even though there were a lot of uchiha only kakashi was famed with the title of copy ninja

thats also good comment,if uchiha will strt doing copying techs then uchia clan is more powerful than anyone,and than madara will more stonger than hasirama
kakashi have a lil bit below average chakra,so he cant use those all 1000 copied jutsu,if he hada a large chakra pool like 4th raikage or kisame,he would rape all,because he can spam with all jutsus
u beated everyone in this thread,one thing i will mention,only 3 spirals(comma) sharingan can copy,and can see through genjutsu,
2 spirals can only see through gen,and 1 spiral only predicts

in here sasuke copies the movement of another examinee's hand so that he can answer the questions. whatever he writes sasuke writes.
and in here an uchiha says that handwriting can be copied.

so the movement can be copied. about taijutsu, since it's compromised of movement it can be copied but only the movement.

sasuke is able to copy the exact move from lee. but he cannot copy his speed. that's something else.
same goes for the ninjutsu. if it's fire he learns how to use the technique. and sharingan copies the handseals. since he can use fire element he can use the technique after seeing it.
but he cannot copy rasengan. even if he sees how it's done he only sees that naruto is releasing chakra and gathering it in a small sphere. he learns how to use it but he cannot release and gather the chakra like that. he needs to train for that. that's why he cannot copy rasengan.

got a little carried and made the text too longedit: all in all. uchiha were usually stuck with fire and sharingan. so they didn't improve much. (fodder ones) but kakashi was experienced in all fields. that's why he copied over 1000 techniques while no uchiha were famed with such feat
