Seriously though - think back to that stone with all the engraved names on it of Leaf shinobi that were killed in battle (the one Kakashi showed his team) - they are all heroes (of the Leaf anyway xd)

Just saying they're not "wasted" chapters - they provide backstory/setup/revelations/anticipation

I prefer action myself - but all action and no plot development can get out of hand
