As my jutsu and the cloud colide, I feel the lighting energy of the cloud comunicating with mine, becoming one... Slowly, my consiousness becomes one with the cloud... I treat the cloud as a consious being, passing to it a firm thought: "Strike that shadow clone"... As the natural thunder is way faster than the one I can create, a bolt of thunder strikes instantly the shadow clone, and I can barelly see it vanish... everything happened so fast, like in the blink of an eye..."

You can release this as a wave of electricity, or use it as it says, to electrify any water. It's very fast, and decent power!

*I flink by the river, and then start focusing on my raiton chakra... As I hear the fammiliar static sound betwin my palms, I add more and more chakra... This time, I direct a quick and huge bolt of raiton towards the river... I see the Blue bolts running on the water, instantly destroying all the small rocks and a little brige on it... Then I notice the bolts went quite far, and were almost as fast as natural thunder (maybe half-speed)...*
-Wow, I have to remember to rebuilt this bridge when I finish the training... oO Wonderfull technique! ^^
