Raiton in Narutoverse is one of the 5 basic elements and is made by the user increasing the frequency of their chakra. It is strong against earth because the lightning simply breaks through the earth, but it is weak to wind as wind simply suffocates the lighting as the wind blows the air that the lightning is trying to travel through.

Raiton shares a special relationship with Suiton as water conducts electricity so the lightning would combine with the water to create a deadly water-lightning combination. this combination is so strong as the thing that lightning is weak to wind cannot get to the lightning as it is in the water and the thing that water is weak to earth will simply break because of the lightning.

Raiton is an offensive element and the jutsu's are usually short-mid range.

Just remember, too high rank lightning will simply destroy suiton, as it is too dense to spread out.

there was no clone to do it on so I thought id beat up the tree

and ill be more descriptive tomorrow, im about to go to bed and im pretty sleeps
