I doubt Tsunade can do much against Madara... the only thing she can offer is fighting till her last breath and dies... her will of fire to never give up is good but not good enough against Madara... thus paving the way for naruto to become the next Hokage.

Well, from experience of the manga, anyone with the will
of fire ends up winning or surviving one way or another. But
Im sure Madara is gonna mess that ass up lmao
