It's clear which one did more damage.

Now this is only the base rasengan I'm including, not any variations because Naruto has Minato beat there.

It looks like naruto used much more speed when he used it and even then not the whole area collapsed like when minato used it.

Someone metioned that it was Minato´s chakra reserve and i don´t think it´s the chakra reserves because naruto has much more.
