Does this chapter 576 mean tsuanade's med ninjutsu have been overhyped?

of course it does he knew medical ninjutsu. he could heal other ninja aswell lol. but he was so talented at it he could heal himself without any hand seals. he was a better medical ninja then her

Even if he could heal other ninja, it doesn't mean he did. It also doesn't mean he was a genius when it came to creating the antidotes, saving lives with surgeries and other medical techniques. It's like saying just because Kakashi can use an A-Rank suiton jutsu it means he's just as good as Tobirama or Kisame in suiton.

Not sure about the last bit though - remember Kabuto couldn't cure Oro but he thought Tsunade could...so Kabuto is not better

its like you didnt even read the manga madara states her med ninjutsu is inferior to hashirama's obv that means he was better at it and used it better and tobirama was a water master so ofc kakashi isnt better then him.
and kisame has shown more water jutsu feats than kakashi:flaw:

Despite the statement, I HIGHLY doubt Hashirama can summon something that can heal an entire village and create antidotes that saves someone who was considered done for(Chouji), heal the physiological damage from something like Tsukyomi and fix Lee's spine.

This seems like one of those "Jiraiya can beat Itachi and Kisame even if they have backup" type of statements to me. Which is complete BS.

PLUS, Hiruzen is supposed to be better than this almighty powerful, can heal himself on a higher level than Tsunade man? No. He's receiving false hype, just like Jiraiya.
