Let me say no. The seal on Madara is keeping him from killing Kabuto, because well, Kabuto is controlling him. If Kabuto dies, then the seal on Madara loses it's power, and madara becomes dust/bones or whatever. And only Nagato knows the revival technique because he grew up with the Rinnegan. And you can only use the technique on someone who died recently, which is why Nagato didn't resurrect Jiraiya and all, because his soul was already gone.

Do u guys make up ur own plots or do u really read the manga? Cause kabuto said even if he dies then edo tense still goes the only way to stoptis jutsu is to seal it. It's in the manga chapter where kabuto explains this to tobi

You don't get it do you, only a person with a full physical powers or life force like the uzumaki clan and senju clan can use it.
If tobi were the one to give nagato the rinnegan wh didn't he use it to revive madara or keep the rinnegan to himself it's because the first son of the sage receive spiritual energy which means mind powers not physical energy who is infact life force or life energy as you see nagato has. this is the reason why tobi can;t use it because he doesn't have full life force only half while nagato and naruto have full of.
the descendant elder son can't use use the seven technic why cause of the life force they didn't receive from the sage himself that the younger son receive and even if the younger son descendant receive the rinnegan they won't be able to use it like the uchiha could full scale it restricted from both sides.

You can seal every Edo Tensei , but the seal have to be strenghtened sometimes aswell , If you dont strenghten the seal , Edo Tensei will go free eventualy.
