With my byakugan activated I see chakra gather below me and turn my attention towards it. As the water begins to seep from the ground I leap in the air and punch straight down releasing a vortex of wind. The wind splashes the water away as it forms as well as lifts me higher into the air.

I don't think your hurricane fist is going to do much. I'm making dozens of smoke bombs that spread over the entire battlefield, and hurricane fist isn't a very large attack. Also you're using it before the smoke bombs explode, so really all it should do is cause some to explode above the battlefield (because of wind's cutting ability) and the smoke would just fall down from there. Either way most of the battlefield is still going to be filled with smoke.

I quickly channel my earth chakra into the ground and merge into it, avoiding the mountain as it slams shut. Once merged with the earth I arc around to my left (your right) and emerge short range to your right. Using the smoke, I make quick work of the two outside clones using the silent homicide technique, stabbing them in the backs of their necks with a kunai.

I said that i will make my technique due to that i didn't hear any sound of your screaming
and as the pillars emerged from the bottom of the ground it will hit you while emerging as you are just able to merge with C rank earth and below.
Right, and I'm saying there's no reason for you to think I would scream as the technique you used wouldn't let me scream. I would have been instantly squished.
And if I'm already merged and moving underground, I should be underneath the pillars as they emerge, so they should miss me.
