*As i see you launch a water/lightning combo jutsu at me, i raise a pillar made out of solid earth, fast, launching me 15ft into the air while i perform a few handseals and send 3 huge meteors at you, allowing me to land 20ft away from you(safely)*

Well, you have a lot of mistakes.
1.) My quake would make you go off balance and you cannot perform techniques well.
2.) The pillars would fall down because of the quake's power.
3.) If you read the description of the Earth Style Technique, it says that only small pillars of earth can be made, not 15ft high pillars.
4.) You would get electro-couted nonetheless.

1) That would apply if he actually countered during the tremor but instead countered when the water was coming at him so he would be on the ground, crouched over most likely. Since he is on the ground, forming hand seals would be difficult but the basic earth style jutsu requires no hand seals so using that jutsu to avoid the initial water is fine.
2) You would have stopped your World Shaking when he defended so the quake would have no effect on the pillar. Even if it did, the pillar woulnt be affected that much, it's made from the Earth so it would be shaking as well but not causing it to fall apart.
3) He never said his pillars were that large, just that his height reached was 15 feet which is a major exaggeration. The pillars, if used to avoid something, won't bring you that high.
4) A B-Rank lightning jutsu that is only meant to electrocute lightning can't cause major damage such as a killing electric current of electricity, it would only result in a major shock or a numbing but not killing him. Nagashi, an A-Rank lightning jutsu, doesn't have killing abilities so why would a wave of lower ranking lightning that is meant for passing an electrical current through water be more effective and result in a kill?
Anyways, you should just continue with him avoiding the water and then being shocked. Also sorry for any typos, on phone.

As i just see a layer of raiton chakra start to form, I use a single handseal to cause four pillars or earth to form around you, and then shock you while you just start to get up.Then, the pillars keep shocking you, as I exhale a large amount of fire, that completely finishes you off :3

The waves of the jutsu also touch the pillars, instantly shocking it while breaking the pillars as well (your's are a b-rank pillar while mine is an A-rank water tech). The waves hit you like a water/lightning combo., frying you before it quickly disperses and i then cause the orb to encompass us both (right as i touch the ground). I quickly then trap you in the orb within another orb of water.*

It means that you perform this jutsu after the pillars have risen up.The pillars are already shocking you after they are formed.and yeah, the pillars arenot that small to be evaded by an earth style technique -_-
