-Oonoki is Mostly support for Tsunade(Help boost Speed/Rock Golem for Def).
-Oonoki can only use Dust Release if/after Tsunade is Beaten.

LoL making The Great Oonoki support.. Flat out Raikage Beats Tsunade
BUT with Oonoki as support im sure Tsunade has a chance because of Oonoki being able to change the battlefield conditions (Making it harder for the Raikage to run & if he can't run at full speeds he is easier to track making it easier to lay attacks on him

I believe Raikage's speed and power would give him a great advantage here. Onoki and tsunade are fierce and powerful but against someone who matches their power but is faster, their power is of no use...

& im pretty sure the raikage can come up with a tactic but as we seen in the manga he's a big RUN & GUN type of fighter

Tsunade wasn't shown as a RUN & GUN and NEITHER was Oonoki (even though he's stubborn but he admitted that and got over it)

I think if we forget if Tsunade really strikes the ground while A is running.... he will faceplant and kill himself. Those are just basic logical problems of running too fast. Have we considered the fact that Oonoki could make Tsunade stronger in effect or faster... I mean her speed isn't bad but compared to speed powerhouses it's nothing but what happens when her weight is practically zero. Better question? What happens of she takes of her heels.
