I apologize fro the rudeness, but I just watched the video, and it is just red, there is no sharingan... there isn't even a pupil, it's just a red eye

Now to answer your question. Tobirama does NOT have sharingan. He has red eyes, that he does, but they are NOT sharingahn. What is seen in the video with the 1 black eye and 1 red eye could be a lighting effect due to the arena in which he is fighting, or could just be an error in the game that just happened to slip past the editing staff.
