With the power lust insanity sasuke is in rigth now i dont think he would live to even experience the reningan and i think sasuke as not even heard of it before but i kinda agree because tobi has big plans for sasuke and tobi is only useing one reningan he must have stored the other one somewhere for sasuke maybe

And yes, sasuke will get the rinnegan, there is no way out of it, madara got it, he will get it!

Sasuke is getting rinnegan for sure tobi clearly stated in episode 198 he will use sasuke for nagato's replacement to do the rinne tensei. I aslo believe he had itachi in mind as well and this shed light on him saying Naruto is just to stimulate sasuke. Im sure madaras fight with tobirama had something to do with madara getting rinnegan.

There's a lot to take into consideration for sure and it's not as simple as what I'm about to point out. But Itachi did manage to break out of Nagato's strongest Jutsu(with some help maybe) and then he managed this...

All in all,skill can outdo anything,in most cases. Itachi knew how to use what he had to defeat something/someone who people thought was stronger.

Sharingan doesn't have any downs,especially not with EMS and Rinnegan doesn't have any downs either. Both are strong as hell.
From what we've seen of Madara,Rinnegan using Uchiha can still use all their Sharingan skills with Rinnegan active.
So gaining Rinnegan would only serve as an improvement,but I kinda think Sasuke would opt for Sharingan.

I agree as well but i mean it would give Sasuke an edge but it wouldn't level out to the Kyuubi's full power still...We are talking about a demon fox with basically unlimited chakra seeing it is close to life energy...but again Sasuke i beileve seeing that he strived to kill his brother for his clan, wants to revive his clan and represents the Uchiha...I think with his foward and head strong attitude...he would want to stay with the sharigan.
