in his interview he said he would of done a few thing different and one of his point Evan thou he was joking and said he would of drawn kakashi without a mask because he cant because the expectation is to high but to the point allot of writers would if they had chance would change a few thing in there stories

Minato deducing the mechanics of chidori with just one look..I can't recall another one having this kind of feat.

This is the most amazing feat. Killing 50 men in a blink of an eye. If we were to get the average time for Minato to kill a shinobi then it's around 6-8 millisecond.. Remember that FTG can't kill. It will just send him to where he wants to go. How can he kill a single shinobi in just 6-8 millisecond? Isn't this amazing? The speed our mind can think is about 200-300 millisecond. How come the 50th shinobi or the last one Minato killed was not able to defend himself? Here is my explanation:
The average time for Minato to kill a single shinobi was 6-8 millisecond. It means that the 50th person was able to think what happened after Minato killed 30. It will only take 120-160 millisecond for Minato to kill the remaining 20. Since our mind can think as fast as 200-300 millisecond then the 50th person was not able to counter the attack after realizing what happened.
To create a jutsu= mind( to think what jutsu to use) + molding of chakra + handseals. Can someone create a very fast jutsu below 120-160 millisecond? This is 120-160/1000 of a second.
Why can't you consider this a great feat? No one can do this even BM naruto. If BM naruto can move as fast as Minato, can he kill an opponent as fast as Minato? Do you think Hashirama or Hiruzen can actually counter this kind of speed?

Lastly, Minato defeating Tobi using rasengan. Rasengan is not known to be a fast jutsu yet Minato was able to use it to hit Tobi. What a feat!!

fodder or not they will be defeated in an instant. look at raikage he was about to die in milsecs. mahiru is not a fodder. coz he can create shadow clone that is a jounin level tech

Minato never met raikage nor knew alot about him, all he knew was that "he had a very fast attack"
He would have realized first hand that a kunai cannot injure raikage while in his lightning armour.... Sasuke's chidori barely scratched him... and you think a kunai would do damage? no..
a kunai who cut a tentacle. how can he cut that tentacle? when it is too short.

see the image he left that kunai in midair while touching the tentacles. it has something like azumas chakra blade.that chidori is a lighning base.
speculation: minato knew that he is facing a lightning skilled ninja he is intelligent after all why would he stab him with just a kunai? maybe he put some wind affinity in it

plus rep for the effort of explaining it and clearing up the confusion maybe if Hiruzen was still in his Prime he would totally defeat the fourth with dificulty but he would win but in his older years minato would defeat him it would not be easy but i reckon minato would win i agree with your order of the five hokages except

Focusing only in a kunai made you say that. If what you're saying is true then the hype given to Minato being a rare genius is a mistake. Also, it was said that he can deduce the mechanics of a jutsu by seeing it once. Is this also a mistake?
He knows that raikage is using a lightning shroud yet he attempted to stab him using a kunai. This could mean something. He could have a wind element. Wind>Lightning. How did Minato cut B's tentacle? Look at the size of the tentacle compared to the size of the kunai. Try to cut a 5 inch diameter ripe papaya using a 1 inch knife. I bet you can't cut it in half.
