Kisame is overrated

I believe that Kisame is overrated. I mean in the anime kisame is said to be as powerful as a tailed beast just without the tail (not sure of the manga since I am a recent fan of Naruto through the anime and is still very far in the manga to know this).

From what I have seen in the anime and some part of the manga, Kisame's power is not that impressive compare to other shinobis. That is all. I am too lazy to show proof of my accusation. That is all.
