The only issue I'm seeing here are these 2 things...

1- 3rd Databook confirms him as being dead.
2- If Nagato couldn't revive Jiraiya who died a couple weeks earlier, how exactly is he meant to revive a man that died Decades earlier? It's completely illogical.

1. Yeah, Madara is dead as well ... now he is plotting something with Kabuto ; )
Well, better example: Gaara ... he was dead and yet is a smily guy now

Izuna makes canonically the most sense from all Naruto characters ... God help those that think it's Obito, Shisui or Kagami ... or even Fugaku lol ... that's not all, some believe it's Sasuke from future or Sage's elder son.
It's as obvious it's Izuna if you follow the story "PROPERLY"

i believe its izuna because he is mirroring his brother madara but it dosent make sense for him to have rinnegan since he gave his to his brother unless he got eyes transplanted from another uchiha after he gave his eyes to madara

Guys im thinking of something from the kakasi chronicles episode!!!My opinion for tobi is the he's obito uchiha. And i say that because he's mask covers the lost eye that was transplanded into kakashi and his scar face from the rocks that fall on him. Another reason i say this is because tobi's mangekyo sharingan is similar to kakashi's. Kakashi uses it to send something to some other dimension and same goes for madara.
Well thats my opinion but the things that make me doupt it are the age of tobi and why the heck he is attacking konoha(maybe something about rin happened)

jesus christ NO. tobi is obito theories are the stupidest out there. TOBI IS NOT ****ING OBITO. Tobi doesn't have scars on his face...the half we saw of his face is OLD, HE IS ****ING OLD, OBITO WOULDNT BE

The image at which Tobi compliments Kakashi's eye, I do believe Tobi has an activated Mangekyo Sharingan, which at least resembles Izuna's Mangekyo :3 ... Then this goes on to how Izuna would go about being Tobi, this got me thinking about how Madara acquired his Rinnegan by getting the Senju power, so Tobi (being Izuna) did this by giving his Mangekyo, or EMS, to Nagato, which then turned into the Rinnegan, which he has now, but he didn't have the EMS so it looks normal in the image in the link... phew, that's some of my thoughts.

But my theories are mixed and I'm not committed to anything, my other theories also support Tobi being another form of Madara, or somehow being connected to So6P's eldest son, but this is an Izuna thread and he is my No. 1 candidate for who Tobi is

no matter who tobi is kishi is going to need a few chapters to explain everything so thats not a good argument. -

I'm calling Sasuke's father just cause it would be crazy and I got dibs on credit if I'm right - I do buy into the Izuna theory too.

Now in support of my crazy prediction - Itachi's father as leader of the Uchiha and captain of the police force had tons of intel to both the village secretes and uchiha secrets so he "could have" known about madara and his brother and the exchange of the eyes etc. Im sure most of the Uchiha scrolls were written by madara as he is one of the few who possessed MS and the scrolls are about unlocking MS.
