Naruto's strongest form is the Bm, he barely Beat a 50% Kyuubi with Help.

Untill Base naruto can beat the juubi he will never be on the Sages level.

Sasuke can barely Match the 9tails Power, from Feats Bm mode > Current sasuke.

So tell me how sasuke can be on the same level as someone who beat the juubi?.
