To make this short & brief..
Madara plan to loose the fight with the 1st hokage ( and die while fighting him )
To take the 1st hokages DNA and combined it with his own creating Rinnengan
while Madara was dieing from the battle wounds he told his brother Izuna ( Tobi ) to take his eyes and grow them in a Uzumaki Child ( Nagato ) for only an Uzumaki can learn to control these eyes (Unless you have Senju & Uchiha DNA MIXED ) He than told his brother Izuna ( Tobi ) to have Nagato grow to bring him back to life however things did not go as plan. Orochimaru was also trying to obtain the powers of Ridoku as were the Uchiha Brothers ( Madara & Izuna ) Orochimaru taught all of these things to Kabuto for him to fulfill if orochimaru was some how defeated ( sealed by itachi ) .. However Izuna ( Tobi ) may still not act as he & his brother plan so Kabuto told Madara that he is on his side ( Knowing Madara is the most powerful Shinobi on the battlefield next to his brother Tobi and what Naruto & Sasuke will become )

Prepare for Madara's Edo to end after some revealing information & also prepare for Orochimaru's return after Itachi's battle will Kabuto in which his Sasunoo will be summon and his Totsuka sword will finally be in the hands of Orochimaru who will not longer be sealed.. From there it will lead to an epic ending.

Nagato is the same age as Minato. Madara died much earlier. Izuna died half a century before Nagato was born.

i think that at first he was planning to win but then he started to realized he couldnt win and thats when he came up with a brilliant plan during the middle of the fight to get hashiramas dna

Nice, prediction/theory. Can't really say for sure that Izuna is Tobi. Also, the Orochimaru taking the abilities of Itachi is, IDK. The ancient weapons equipped into Itachi's MS, I don't think, will be handed to Orochimaru to easily and/or because Itachi is Edo Tensei. But if Orochimaru somehow returns, it will be do to Kabuto's weakening from the battle with Itachi, while trying to suppress Orochimaru's chakra (DNA). If the Totsuka Blade via Sasunoo were to release Orochimaru then it would also have to release Nagato.

Ummm....are you seeing the hole in your logic? ok, here it is, Madara fought with hashirama to obtain his cells, so that he can combine it with his body to awaken rinnegan and also use Izanagi. He cannot use Izanagi when he hasnt combined with hashirama's cells yet.

a little clarification good sir, 1.) Madara's goal was to establish and make it the point that the uchiha is the dominant race among the ninja world and be the leader of Konoha. 2.) he awakened rinnegan shortly before his death and is known as his "Golden Age" (see chapter 560) 3.) Orochimaru was the one who implanted the hashirama cells onto madara, Kabuto calls it the perfect prototype.

I thought Madara explained to Sasuke that he had taken his younger brothers eyes in order to protect the clan; he didn't say anything about having another brother. Care to explain that to me? Because I'm getting even more confused by the second; anyway I just can't wait for the battle between Naruto and Sasuke to come. I wonder who will win; probably Naruto, but no one really knows; and how will they be defeat Madara/Tobi?

Madara had been killing members of his clan and collecting their sharingan eyes just like Danzo did, but he didn't implant them into his body; he just stored them away.

I guess that means that there will be a third series to look forward to; and what is the Ridoku? And I thought Madara had explained to Sasuke that he had a younger brother; he didn't say anything about having another brother and if he does have an older brother than way didn't they become the leader of the clan instead?

This should be a prediction, instead of a spoiler, but, it's somewhat plausible.
I think you might be predicting too far into the future to be accurate, but OP could have done worse.

First of all tobi isnt izuna and secondly izuna died long before fight between 1st and madara
