Everyone At This Point, Should Be Aware Of The Fatal Risk Associated With Usage Of The Mangekyo Sharingan - Continuous Deterioration Of One's Eyesight That Eventually Cultivates In Blindness (With The Exception Of Kakashi & Shisui's Mangekyo Sharingan).

What I've Been Wondering Is, Does The Blindness Affect One's Proficiency With The MS Itself, Or Only Their Normal Scope Of Vision? I Ask This Because I Noticed A Few Things:

1. After Having Used The MS For The First Time Against Killer Bee, Sasuke's Normal Vision Had Already Blurred, As Seen When He Reached Out For The Glass Of Water But Missed Grabbing It, Causing It To Fall On The Ground And Shatter.

2. During His Final Battle With Sasuke, Upon The Latter Breaking Through Tsukuyomi With His Sharingan, The Backlash From Tsukuyomi Took Its Toll On Itachi, And He Clenched His Eye In Pain; As He Looked At Sasuke, His Vision Was Also Blurred; However, His MS Was Still Active When He Looked At Sasuke.

What I'm Getting At Here Is, If Use Of The MS Degrades The Users Proficiency With The MS Itself, And Not Just Their Normal Vision, Then Shouldn't Sasuke Have Had A More Difficult Time Aiming Amaterasu At The Raikage/Gaara/Danzo During Their Respective Battles? The Same Goes For Itachi's Usage Of It.

idk ,we're already past this. now everyones got either EMS or doesnt use it because of low chakra, or is edo tensei who doesnt have to worry. so yeah, i doubt ther'll be another new MS user

it indirectly affects the proficiency with it because with the side effects of over using it you tend to "slow-down" during the fight but your skills associated with it does not deteriorate

So I guess you could say it decreases proficiency. Because the pain is obviously bothering you and the bad vision is even worse.

But at the same time, the more you use it the higher your proficiency becomes.

who says ems is immune to the effects remember though it lengthen the time in which you can keep it in my bet is this about the ture weakness of ems
1 massive amount of chakara
2 if kept up too long can cause you to go blind like ms
3 like all other only those in the line of sight can be affected by amatarosu or tsukuyomi

Lol. Naw, I'm Not Worrying About Whether There's A New MS User Or Not; Just Wondering Whether The Blindness Accompanying Overuse Of The MS Affects Only Normal Vision, Or Vision Through The Use Of The MS.

Yeah, Good Point; Zetsu Mentioned That Itachi's Responses To Sasuke's Attacks Were Slower Than Usual. But In That Case, Why Was His Vision Blurred When Looking At Sasuke After He Broke Out Of Tsukuyomi? His MS Was Still Activated While He Was Trying To Focus On Sasuke's Image. Thanks Though, I'm Starting To See Where You're Going Wth This.

The EMS Is Immune To Blindness (At Least That We've Seen). You're Correct That It Demands Massive Amounts Of Chakra, But Overuse Will Only Result In Exhaustion Of Chakra And Physical Exhaustion; The Eyes Themselves Will No Longer Suffer The Excessive Strain Experienced Through The MS.

It's not your skills that are directly lowered, but the fact that you can hardly see that is the culprit.
