keyboard shorcuts

I did a search, but found no such reference:

My question is about keyboard shortcuts.​

Example: rather than click on "submit" with mouse; I can do: shift + control + S (which is hard 4 me, oh well).
What I would like is a shortcut for the Center alignment & possibly the strike-through feature. I tried (gave it a try) using the Microsoft Word shortcut for it (control + e), but It didn't work.
I appreciate it; thanks. ​

That is a shortcut for WORD, & that is what I already tried.
