I'd go with wind myself, seeing as that is what Naruto inherited. Though it could also come from his mom i guess.

EDIT - also, thunder is not an element. Lightning is.

Again with the fact that NARUTO is a wind user ,means either minato is wind or his mum is wind

But he also showed some earth justus by touching the ground & being able to know how many people they are,might be that the 3rd taught him that trick,which was from the 2nd

It's possible to be an elite ninja without using an element.

That still doesn't mean that he doesn't have an elemental affinity. Every shinobi has one as Kakashi said during his training with Naruto and it's already been proven when it was said Minato tried to combine his with the rasengan.
