Actually, we don't know who's faster, Naruto or Minato, they are just both faster than A. The problem with the speed competition though is that it's pure speed vs teleportation. Minato did have really fast reflexes, but most of his speed came from the flying thunder god tech, that's why whenever he fights one of the first things he does is throw his special kunai so he can teleport to any one of them, very limited if you ask me, whereas Naruto doesn't need any special jutse besides the kyuubi cloak to get his speed. Short distances, Naruto would probably win a race, long distances, Minato would win.

Honestly I don't think the previous generation of Kages could have done any better, that would be:

4th Hokage
4th Kazekage
3rd Raikage
4th Mizukage
2nd Tsuchikage

we probably only know a little of maybe the 3rd Raikage and 2nd Tsuchikage, the rest are pretty much toss up of what they could actually do to Madara, but what I'm saying is, I think the fight would be pretty much the same.

you are probably right. They would of been better suited to take on Madara. However the fact that all of them are still standing is a testament. I mean look at what they are up against.

Powerful wood release
Powerful Fire release
and EMS/Rinnigan techniques
plus look at the experience and strength of the original person.

But the current kages got some real skill
got a almost impenetrable defense with garra/oni combo
Incredible rapid healing techniques
Kick as! offensive ability with A/Mei/Oni

although I am hoping that tsunide will have an amazing sealing ability that was passed down from the Uzumaki/1st/2nd hokage. I mean she is strong but not on the same level as the others.

If he is so OP then I would like to see him kill the 5 kages. But somehow I don't think that's going to happen. So what he has huge fire techniques and can make a forest...when was the last time fire techniques killed anyone significiant?

There doing well considering Madara alive was a beast, Harashima was the strongest person alive during his time and Madara has access to his powers and knows its limitations. That added with the rinnegan. Madara has extremely powerful chakra plus he's an Edo tensei his chakra is unlimited.

They maybe 5 kages but this Guy is too much. He has God like attacks and a God like defense. There doing the best they can.

Maybe Tsunade will pull out something that only she as the granchild of the 1st knows.... something about the 1st hokage's weakness (if he had any, xd).... It would've been helpful if garra had the 1-tailed tanuki... he might've been able to do some damage... I bet in like a few chapters... the kages will try to distract madara and someone will come and seal him.... of course, oonoki will probably die though..

No. Just because they were defeated doesn't make them weak you fool.

Madara was already a genius of geniuses within the Uchiha Clan, which is a clan of geniuses to begin with. On top of that he has the Rinnegan and full access to Mokuton Release in it's entirety by being fused with Hashirama who was stronger than him.

Please, think before you make such a blunt statement.

I agree. I mean yeah, it sucks that the Kage haven't made a lot of progress but they aren't dead yet either. They might be able to pull something out of their collective asses before it's over.

Sasuke and Itachi are nothing compared to the kages so stop babbling. The kages will surely defeat madara alone (i Hope) and besides sasuke has naruto to fight. Any battle field he goes to he will be defeated it is his fate.
