As Itachi see's you in range, he quickly channels his earth chakra to the ground and then causes the earth to move, keeping you off balance as he focuses his lightning chakra in his hands to cause a whip of lightning to form, and then launch a whip in your neck, injuring you as he finishes off with a wall of earth surrounding and crushing you from all sides ^^
