[Theory] Reason why Tobi is still after Naruto & Bee

After collecting Kinkaku and Ginkaku's nine tails chakra and killer bee's tentacle, Tobi declared, he has all he needs to recreate the juubi, yet he continues to pursue Naruto and Bee. The only reason for this is, as Bee demonstrated against Sasuke, Tsukuyomi will not work on a jinnchuriki because the tailed beast is able to wake its host out of the genjutsu. So, if Tobi does become juubi's host and cast infinite Tsukuyomi over the world, these two will still remain unaffected and can easily disrupt the genjutsu.

Plausible... But I'm thinking that he still needs their chakra. How do you revive the Juubi without the 2 strongest Bijuu exactly? Lol

If it were true, Tobi did not need to start the war,He could have done it in secret and everybody would be under His control already. No Tobi needs Bee and Naruto to complete His plan.

Then it's the world vs. 2 Jinchuuriki. I don't care how strong Naruto or Bee are, think who else is out there... the world wins, lol. I think there's another reason.

No offense, but I do not remember Tobi declaring that he does'nt need the kyuubi and hachibi because of the ginkaku brothers.
