Does Naruto have as much chakra as nagato ??

+ he has nature's chakra reserves (infinite but its limited for naruto obviously).
+ kurama's chakra reserves that are absolutely massive.

One fact that people are missing is that kyuubi is an hindrance to naruto chakra. Naruto never had a full access to his chakra just because of the kurama. You cant just determine naruto chakra now since we haven't know it full potential. I know nagato is also an uzumaki with huge chakra but why doesn't people realise that a rinnegan is a tool though nagato had a massive chakra but a rinnegan is like an amplifier. He was able to use all his jutsu because he had a rinnegan. If we are talking about a base naruto then let talk about a base nagato(without rinnegan)

Honestly, I would say they have about the same amount of chakra. Both Naruto and Nagato are Uzumaki, which means, they are from the powerhouse clan. Also they are both power freaks, and don't say it's because Naruto has the kyubi when it's quite the opposito. Naruto has the kyubi because his chakra is strong enough to hold it back. Also papa frog said that to learn the SM it requires a huge amount of chakra, and only naruto had it, besides Jiraya. During Naruto's wind chakra training how many clones did he spawn? Hundreds at least, perhaps a thousand. The problem is that we are so used to see Naruto doing these things that we just got used to it. But remember Kakashi's fight againast the Biju; he barely had chkra to spawn one clone, while Naruto spawns a hundred with easy. On the other hand, Nagato as well is a chakra freak.

To those who will say that Naruto uses the Kyubi chakra, which he didn't till a few chapters ago, we also have Nagato using the Preta path to absorb people's chakra and strenthen his own, so in this they are balanced.
