I wonder how he'll defend against the sword of Totsuka if Itachi goes all out... To me... it's the scariest weapon in the whole damn series!

Simple... He will break out of the sake gourd with his EMS jutsu. This manga has shown that nothing is unbreakable, all you have to put is more power to it.

Sasuke has demonstrated this several times, e.g. surviving the 10% percent chance of the curse seal, holding back the seal from taking you over, using it through sheer will/hate power, getting into Narutos mind and even supressing the Kyuubi's chakra, reversing Orochimarus soul transfer dimension, breaking Itachi's Tsukuyomi, and even Danzo's seal through brute force of Susanoo!

Driven mad Sasuke complains about his life to his brother, asking him why he did it.
Itachi tries to explain that Konaha was more important to him than his clan.
Sasuke freaks out on him calling him a disgrace to the Uchiha and a waste of Sharigan.

Theory 1.
Itachi beats the shit out of him and calms that hoe down.

Theory 2.
Sasuke jets to Tobi to have some girl talk about what Itachi said.

Actually itachi isnt under KA anymore. This is a misconception. He is doing it on his own free will. Anyway i believe itachi would come out on top, but he cannot bring himself to killing sasuke and at that moment sasuke seals him. I know he hasnt shown any sealing feat, but i wouldnt be surprised if kishi pulls it out of his ass

Where did it state he wasn't under the genjutsu anymore?!
