I was referring to Kakashi statement about Naruto surpassing Jiraiya & Minato.
Naruto is nowhere their level of Ninjutsu or Fuinjutsu a trait famous among Uzumaki.

It's not more powerful, it just lasts longer. Jiraiya doesn't even appear to be able to use a sage's fighting style (Frog Kata), since Fukasaku wasn't willing to teach it to Naruto until he became a true Sage, which Jiraiya wasn't able to accomplish.

Pretty sure Kakashi was referring to him progressing Rasengan to its utmost limits (if I'm remembering the time of the statement in question) since those two did not accomplish that.
Ninjutsu, he's far above his predecessors, at least in strength and scale of techniques, not so much in variety. Fuinjutsu no, but IMO, that doesn't seem like his forte. It's like saying Guy can't compare to Kakashi because Kakashi is more skilled in Genjutsu.

If anything jiraiya has a psychological edge on naruto Jiraiya is storng but 4 tailed naruto nearly killed him

The 9 tails doesn't have to be out in the chackra shroud to help naruto break out of a genjutsu

Regarding Naruto's Sage Mode, Papa frog says that Naruto's is better than Jiraya's, as if he is more in sync with the nature chakra than Jiraya was. He also says that Naruto is able to gather more chakra and faster. Let's not forget that after the Pain arc, Naruto took some time to "perfect" his sage mode, as he says he will do after the Kage meeting arc.

You do realize that disturbing one's chakra is as simple as giving them your own chakra, right? Of course Kurama knows how to do it. What B said IS true for everyone. what B was talking about was the exact same thing that Sakura did to awaken Naruto from the clone Itachi's Genjutsu at the beginning of Part 2. Quite simple, really.
