Depends on if Kishi believes in the theory of time-space fabric, haha sorry I don't think they all have a way of cheating death, only kakuzu, satori, Hidan, and former member orochimaru. Itachi took medication to prolong his life, Kisame doesn't have anything really to cheat death nor did deidaras, pain didn't have anything to cheat death really he just took control of dead bodies. And the whole thing about tobi time traveling is a bit much for me, if he could then he'd be undefeatable, he could just go into the future find out what's going to happen then travel back into the past and own... Not very fair

Nagato revived Konoha not to mention kakashi. he revived some of his own bodies. No he could not do it for himself, but ressurecting someone else is as much "cheating death" as doing it for yourself
