The Cs already served its purpose. It was to reveal the darkness in Sasuke's heart and unlock his full potential.

The Cs isn't a power boost it just makes a ninja fight at their max.

I think he can because Madara's hate pales in comparison to Sasuke's. Just look at it objectively. Madara hated because he didn't become Hokage and was betrayed by his clan. The main reason here is Jealousy. This kind of hate is not so powerful because there is no justification behind it.

However, Sasuke hates the leaf because their government mass massacred the Uchiha, by using his brother Itachi like a pawn.

This kind of hate is genuine and very powerful, because from Sasuke's point of view it is more or less justified because he is seeking "justice" by taking down the guilty. This gives him much more power than Madara

His fire and lightning style both need an upgrade so his battles don't only consist of Sharingan use. I'm expecting some new forms of lightning use or even fire possibly. Sasuke already has his base two elements and can only extend from them. So anything sub from Fire and Lightning is possible. Learning a 3rd element would require alot of training and alot of time.

I doubt we'll see any normal jutsu from Sasuke from now on.
He;ll probably just spam susanoo,emoterasu, tsukiyomi, and perhaps a completely new ms technique.

Surpassing Madara? Unlikely.
Madara possesses both uchiha and senju DNA.
The only one I can see being stronger than even Madara would be Tobi.
